European Commissioner welcomes progress in Georgia-EU negotiations on visa facilitation

Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze discussed the process of fulfillment of an agreement on visa facilitation and readmission between Georgia and the EU in Brussels.

As the Georgian Foreign Ministry said, Vashadze met with the EU Commissioner for Home Affairs Cecilia Malmstrom.

Malmstrom welcomed progress achieved at this stage.

The sides also discussed issues of further liberalization of visa regime.
