Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan told the visiting Chairman of the Executive Board of the Libyan National Transitional Council, Mahmoud Jibril, on Friday that Turkey was ready to extend any support to Libya and that it was crucial to see Libyans determine their future by their own will.
Sources said that Jibril informed Erdogan on the recent situation in Libya.
Sources also said that Erdogan told Jibril about the importance of the new constitution and that Turkey would share its experiences with the Council.
Jibril and his delegation requested assistance from Erdogan so that Libya's assets overseas get unfrozen.
