Turkey arrests Iranian citizens on spying charges

Two Iranian citizens were arrested on suspicion of spying in the Igdir city of Turkey, CNN Turk reported.

The Iranian citizens and a Turkish citizen accompanying them are suspected of espionage, as they took pictures of buildings of the state institutions, such as courthouses, city hall and the management of the national intelligence organization.

The court made a decision to sentence the suspected on charges of receiving confidential documents relating to national security.
