The contact group on Libya will convene a meeting in Turkey on political directors level this week, the semi-official Anatolia news agency reported on Monday.
The decision came following a series of phone conversations Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu had held Monday with several foreign ministers among member countries of the contact group on Libya, said the report.
Davutoglu will travel to Libya on Tuesday upon the latest developments in the country and is expected to hold talks with representatives of the Libyan rebel National Transitional Council, Xinhuanet reported.
