Armenia's judicial department officers turn for help

The Arnenian Aravot newspaper reports that a number of officers of Armenia's Judicial Department have applied to Minister of Justice Hrair Tovmasyan and Prosecutor General Aghvan Hovsepyan, Tert.am reported.

The officers are discontent with the department's administration.

"Headed by Misak Martirosyan, under the patronage of Arman Mkrtumyan, the system is collapsing. The department's work is like work under a totalitarian regime headed by Misak Martirosyan, who was dismissed from the prosecutor's office for bribery."
