
Turkish Economy Minister Zafer Caglayan has said that Turkish exports increased 20 percent in July 1-20 period of 2011 when compared to the same period of 2010.
It reached 7.5 billion USD in the mentioned period, added Caglayan who held a press conference in Ankara on Thursday.
Caglayan said that exports was also up 23.6 percent to 73.2 billion USD between January 1 and July 20, 2011 when compared to the same period of 2010.
Those figures showed that they would easily exceed Mid-term Economic Program targets, Caglayan said.
