Georgian president expresses condolences over human losses due to Russian ship's crash

Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili expressed his condolences to the families and relatives of those killed in the crash of the Bulgaria ship on the Volga River.

President Saakashvili mourns the dead, Spokesperson for the Georgian President Manana Manjgaladze said at a traditional briefing today.

Russia today declared a day of mourning for the loss of more than 100 people in the crash of the Bulgaria ship.

Saakashvili also expressed his condolences over the death of 58 -year-old Israeli citizen in a car crash in the country. The accident occurred on Sunday morning near Kutaisi. One Israeli tourist was killed and 14 tourists were injured. They, accompanied by Georgian doctors, were sent home the next day.
