Ahmadinejad threatens opponents

29 June 2011 [16:48] - TODAY.AZ
The Iranian president said his position over opponents’ domestic pressures has been to keep silence so far, IRNA reported on Wednesday.

"It is obvious and clear that pressures have political motivation," Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said. My ‘redline’ is the Cabinet and I would break my silence if they [opponents] take any negative step against the Cabinet."

Iranian MPs signed in June some scrolls to impeach several ministers, including foreign minister and mines and industry minister.

Ahmadinejad threatened that he would clue some secret facts to Iranian citizens if the opponents attack the Cabinet.
