Armenian president Sargsyan: The sides have a good opportunity to express their final opinions on the basic principles

“I can say in current phase that I am going to Kazan meeting with good mood and willingness to conduct constructive negotiations”, Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan told journalists in Strasbourg after his meeting with Secretary General of the Council of Europe Tjornborn Jagland.

“The sides have clear positions and I consider that they have a good opportunity to express their final opinions on the basic principles. Let’s wait until the negotiations and see what results it will bring”.
