Armenian defense minister resigns?

Armenian defense minister Seyran Ohanyan sent his resignation letter to president of Armenia Serzh Sargsyan.

APA reports quoting "Aykakan jamanak" newspaper that the president had not received the defense ministry’s resignation. Armenian president’s speaker Armen Arzumanyan had not commented on the newspaper’s report.
