Armenian president to visit Latvia

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan will on Wednesday embark on a two-day official visit to Latvia on the invitation of his counterpart Valdis Zatlers, Sargsyan's press service reported.

As part of the visit, Sarsyan will meet with Zatlers, parliament speaker Solvita Aboltina and Prime Minister Valdis Dombrovskis, RIA Novosti reported.

The Armenian leader will also attend the opening of a business forum in Riga and meet with the Armenian community. Zatlers visited Armenia in December 2009.
