A regular meeting of TURKSOY Culture Ministers' Permanent Council will take place in Antalya, Turkey, on November 24-25. Employees of Azerbaijani ministry of culture and tourism, Rizvan Bayramov and Gunay Gurbanova, attend at the meeting.
