Draft of constitutional amendments, which will cut next President's powers in favor of Prime Minister, have been submitted to the Georgian Parliament.

Lawmakers will endorse on July 21 launching a month-long public discussion on the draft, which was approved by the state commission on constitutional reform on July 19.
The month-long public discussion is a formal procedure required for any constitutional law after which a draft becomes eligible for the parliamentary vote.
