EU Special Representative for S. Caucasus is on visit to Georgia

The EU envoy arrived in Tbilisi later last night and fevealed details of his visit.

He said, within the visit he would meet with the representatives of Georgian political circles and senior officials and discuss the government's strategy for occupied territories.

"Within the visit I will travel to Abkhazia, where I will present EU policy towards Abkhazia and South Ossetia. With Georgian side, I will discuss the government's strategy to the occupied territories. At present this is a very significant issue for us, for Georgia and for whole region," Semneby announced.

Semneby also plans to deliver a speech at the special conference dedicated to the conflict situations which will be held in Batumi.
