First congress of CIS teachers due in Kazakhstan

The first congress of CIS teachers will take place in Kazakh capital Astana.
The event will bring together over 500 teachers from Azerbaijan, Russia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan and Armenia.

Role of teachers in development of school education, teacher exchange in Commonwealth countries as well as preparation of textbooks meeting the up-to-date standards will be in focus of the meeting.
