German diplomat to hold informal meetings in Tbilisi

German diplomat Dieter Boden will arrive in Tbilisi on an informal visit and hold meeting with Vice Speaker of Georgian parliament Paata Davitaia.

Within the visit, Dieter Boden will discuss the so-called Boden Document of the conflict resolution, which was drafted and proposed to the sides involved in the conflict when Boden was the special representative of the U.N. Secretary General.

He already discussed the document with leader of the break-away regime Sergey Baghapsh during his visit to Sokhumi on March 11.

Other issues discussed at the meeting were effectiveness of the Geneva international consultations, which were launched after the ceasefire agreement between Russia and Georgia.

Within the informal visit, the German diplomat will hold meeting with Parliament Speaker Davit Bakradze.
