Qatari Prime Minister to visit Georga

Prime Minister and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al Thani will visit Georgia in April, spokesperson of Georgia's Prime Minster, Nikoloz Mchedlishvili, announced at the briefing today while reporting the details of the PM's visit to Qatar.

Mchedlishvili said during the visit PM Nika Gilauri discussed issues of intensifying bilateral relations in economic sector with the Qatari authorities, including the Qatari Prime Minister.

"At the meeting the sides agreed to sign an agreement about lifting bilateral taxation, about setting up a bilateral business council and work on specific projects. As for the visit to Georgia, Qatari Prime Minister will arrive here in April to view our country and check up the business environment himself," Mchedlishvili said.
