Georgian President to deliver state of nation address on Friday

President Saakashvili will deliver state of the nation address in the Parliament on Feb. 26, Davit Bakradze, the parliamentary chairman, said on Monday.

The event will likely be followed by debates in the Parliament, but Bakradze said an exact format has yet to be defined by the parliamentary bureau before Feb. 26.
