Turkey completed all official formalities for opening its Consulate General in Arbil, Iraq.
The foreign relations official of the regional administration in the North of Iraq Falah Mustafa said Saturday that all formalities were completed and the Turkish Consulate General would soon be opened.
Mustafa said the Consulate General would help promote the relations between Turkey and the regional administration and contribute to the commercial cultural and political ties.
Mustafa who did not give an exact date for the opening of the Turkish Consulate General, said that a delegation of Turkish foreign Ministry Officials along with officials from Turkey's Embassy in Baghdad would pay a visit to Arbil for the opening.
