25 January 2010 [17:21] - TODAY.AZ
Member of the Armenia’s Heritage parliamentary faction Zarui Postanjian has left for Strasbourg to take part in the PACE winter session, head of the Heritage faction Styopa Safaryan said.
Upon order of the Armenian parliamentary Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, Postanjian was deprived from the status of a permanent member of the Armenian delegation to PACE. She was replaced by member of “Orinats Erkir” faction Artsruni Agajanian.

“Zarui Postanjian has prepared an address on Nagorno-Karabakh, on the report of the Armenian parliamentary commission on March 1 events, freedom of speech in CE members countries. She will present them at the PACE session,” Safaryan said.

According to him, it does not matter whether Postanjian is permanent member or not. "She just does not have the right to vote, but more important at the moment is that it she has prepared for it and is going to address the session," said the head of the Heritage faction.
