Georgia's parliament speaker holds meetings in Brussels

The speaker of Georgian parliament Davit Bakradze is on an official visit to Brussels, where he will hold meeting with the chairperson of the House of Representatives of the European Parliament.
Davit Bakradze is also expected to deliver a speech at the enlarged session of the European Parliament`s Foreign Committee, where he will report situation in Georgia`s occupied regions, relations with Russia, state security issues and the internal political reforms.

On Jan. 27, Bakradze will hold a tête-à-tête meeting with the NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen.

Georgian authorities say such high-level meetings will be followed with specific results amid tension in Georgia-Russia relations.
