Giorgi Gugava introduced the address to media.

He said the regime of Saakashvili had turned into an international "criminal syndicate" thus representing the danger for the stability and peace in the region.

"The deployment of diversion groups to Ukraine by the government of Georgia, aiming at causing instability in the country, as well as the records of telephone conversations published by Ukraine`s media are the evidences proving that Saakashvili is dangerous for the region. I address the U.N. Security Council, to consider the peacekeeping interests, follow the international law and form a special tribunal at the special session of the council, which would provide bringing Saakashvili and his regime to justice," the address says.
