TOGG to appear in new color at request of President Erdogan

President Erdo?an had requested the addition of green to the color range of automobiles at the opening ceremony of the factory of Turkey's Automobile Enterprise Group (TOGG) in the Gemlik district of Bursa on October 29, 2022.

Togg T10X will offer many new features to its users with its new software 1.5. In the statement made by the company, it was emphasized that new features of the T10X continue to be added with software updates.

With the software installation and conversion to be performed at the touch points specially prepared for these transactions, 7 features such as traffic sign detection system, rear traffic collision warning, rear cross traffic warning, smart lane tracking system, lane departure warning, front collision warning and emergency braking will be available on users' V1 and V2 devices.

In addition to these 7 features, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go function and adaptive driver assistant features will also be loaded as standard and free of charge to V2 devices that meet with their users before September 1.

"T10X users are constantly using a new and updated device"
Togg CEO M. Gürcan Karaka?, who shared his views on the subject in the statement, stated that they aim for T10X users to use devices that are constantly renewed and remain new thanks to updates, and made the following statements:

"Since the day we were founded, we have been a brand that listens to our users and keeps our devices on the road new with frequent updates. In line with this principle, we have created a schedule for the new 1.5 software that has been eagerly awaited for a while and the installation of advanced driver support systems of T10Xs that hit the road before September 1st and the hardware renewal to be carried out at the contact points, and presented it to our users. One of the most important changes made within the scope of the GSR II regulation that entered into force on September 1st was the implementation of the cyber security protocol. Due to the changing cyber security standard, the cameras in our devices produced after this date had to be brought into compliance with the new standards."

Gürcan Karaka? noted that they completed the developments in this regard, put them into operation on time and offered them to their users in the devices they delivered after this date, and emphasized that they adopted the responsibility of providing the same standards and experience to the devices they delivered before the GSR II regulation.

Karaka? explained that they planned the contact point appointments that required hardware renewal in order to fulfill these responsibilities and made the following assessments:

The process begins on November 4th

According to the information provided, T10X users who have registered as "My Smart Device" will start to be called by Togg Care following the notification sent from Trumore starting from November 4, depending on their geographic region, the order in which they received their devices and the current status of their devices.

Appointments will be created for users starting on December 2nd and they will be directed to contact points. ADAS installations will be made at specially prepared contact points for these transactions in Istanbul, Ankara, Bursa Gemlik, Izmir, Samsun, Erzurum, Diyarbakir, Adana and Antalya. Expert teams will provide service to users at these points. Installation and calibration of ADAS functions will be completed on the same day. Installation of the application to all T10Xs delivered before September 1st will be completed in 7-10 months.

"Media interface" has been renewed, digital key sharing has been activated

The new 1.5 software, which also offers a renewed media interface, allows the T10X to change the screen touch sensitivity in three stages. One of the new features will be the dynamic display of the maximum recovery that can be made according to the charging status of the smart device on the display screen. On the other hand, users who install and update the "my smart device" application with the 1.5 software will also be able to start using the digital key and digital key sharing features.

With the new software, users will be able to experience a more comfortable driving experience with performance improvements, new digital assistant commands, Bluetooth preference priorities according to profile assignment, and navigation directions that will be reflected as direction information on the driver's screen. Users will also be able to learn their average speed, tire pressure or range with voice commands, control the volume, and operate the phone book synchronized with the T10X with voice commands and make calls.
