South Korean intelligence believes that the DPRK has strengthened the protection of the country's leader Kim Jong-un due to his increased public activity, Azernews reports.
"In connection with this (the increase in the number of public events of Kim Jong-un - approx. "Lenta.ru ") measures have been taken to enhance security, such as the use of cars with communication jamming and the introduction of equipment for detecting drones," the article says.
In particular, this year the North Korean leader held 110 public events, which is 60 percent more than last year. In this regard, the country's leadership is afraid of potential threats against Kim Jong-un.
