More than 1.5 million children having fled Ukraine as refugees since 24 February, according to a UNICEF press release, Trend reports.

"More than 1.5 million children having fled Ukraine as refugees since 24 February."

UNICEF also called for strengthening measures to protect children who left Ukraine in recent weeks.
