As many as 155 people got wounded in the result of the attack, 14 of them remain in intensive care, according to the Turkish Ministry of Health.

Earlier, Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus said that the outlawed Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) may be behind the attack.

The conflict between Turkey and the PKK, which demands the creation of an independent Kurdish state, has continued for more than 30 years and has claimed more than 40,000 lives.
