Turkey, Iran to develop relations in all spheres – president

Turkey and Iran will develop relations in all spheres, President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan said during a joint press conference with his Iranian counterpart Hassan Rouhani in Ankara, the TV channel TRT Haber reported Apr. 16.

Despite the fact that Iran and Turkey are neighbors, some problems have recently emerged in the economic relations between the two countries, Erdogan said.

Turkey and Iran can invest in other countries as well within the framework of bilateral relations, according to Erdogan.

He said that there are political differences between Iran and Turkey, but this fact doesn't affect the joint fight against terrorism.
