The Iranian naval forces have warned away a coalition warship that was planning to inspect an Iranian tanker in the Gulf of Aden.
Announcing the News, Iranian Navy Commander Habibollah Sayyari said the warship left the area after it was approach by an Iranian Navy flotilla, Tasnim news agency reported April 2.
The coalition is a Saudi-led formation of Arab countries that was launched following political changes in Yemen to fight Yemeni opposition groups.
Iran has been keeping a flotilla at a time in free waters both as a military showoff and a security measure to safeguard its commercial ships.
