Blast in Istanbul kills 10 -- UPDATING

13:12 (GMT+4) Ten people were killed in the explosion according to preliminary reports, said the Turkish media. Citizenship of the blast victims has not yet been established. There are police officers among the wounded.

The work of subway stations in the city was suspended, after the explosion. Police fears a second explosion.
