Uzbekistan, Estonia introduce visa-free regime for diplomats

Uzbekistan and Estonia have signed an intergovernmental agreement to exempt the holders of diplomatic passports from visa procurement, Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

The document was signed by foreign ministry delegations of Uzbekistan and Estonia in Belgrade which is hosting the 22nd OSCE Ministerial Council.

During the meeting, the Uzbek and Estonian delegations discussed the current status and prospects for bilateral relations, exchanged views on the agenda of the next OSCE Ministerial Council and reviewed other international and regional issues.

Diplomatic relations between the two countries were established in 1994.
