A source close to Iranian nuclear negotiating team said that the final deadline for the Iran-P5+1 nuclear talks is set for July 9.

The talks should be finalized by July 8 night or July 9 morning, the source said, Iran’s Mehr news agency reported July 5.

The diplomatic source further said that there are still serious disputes over some issues which should be resolved.

However drafting technical appendix of the deal is completed by 70 percent, the source added.

Other appendixes of the final nuclear deal are progressed by 90 percent, according to the source.

Iran and the P5+1(the United States, Britain, France, Russia, China and Germany) have been holding intense talks in Vienna over the past nine days to hammer out a final deal over the Islamic Republic’s disputed nuclear program.

After intense talks between Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and US Secretary of State John Kerry over the weekend, foreign ministers of other members of the P5+1 are returning to Vienna in the hopes of finalizing a deal.

The sides reached a framework deal in the Swiss city of Lausanne on April 2.
