04 March 2013 [19:30] - TODAY.AZ
Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili arrived in the State Office where he will meet with Prime Minister Bidzina Ivanishvili behind closed doors.

The meeting will be held at the residence of the Georgian President which is located on the 11th floor of the State Office.

Saakashvili arrived in the State Office in his electric car and was accompanied by two protection cars. He made no statement before the meeting.

The meeting will be closed to media, and the President's entourage will take photos and videos that will be transferred to TV.

Saakashvili and Ivanishvili will meet for a second time after the change of power in Georgia on Oct.1, 2012.

It should be noted that the first meeting was held at the presidential palace.

The main issue of the negotiations will be constitutional reforms which would limit the right of the president to dissolve the parliament and the government. The President intends to order the new government to not prosecute former officials.
