Name of Iran's new fighter jet known

The name of Iran's new fighter jet has been publicized, Fars news agency reported.

The country's new fighter jet named "Gaher 313" (Winner) will be unveiled tomorrow by the ministry of defense of Iran.

Iranian president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Defense Minister Ahmad Vahidi will participate at the opening ceremony.

The details of the fighter jet were not revealed.
