Erdogan to visit Qatar

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan will visit Qatar on a working visit on Jan.29, Anadolu Agency reported last week.

Erdogan will meet with Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al-Thani and Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad bin Jassim Jaber bin Al-Thani.

The parties will discuss strengthening cooperation between Turkey and Qatar in the fields of economy, trade, energy and culture.

During the meeting the sides will also discuss the latest developments in Syria, the issue of Israel and Palestine and the events taking place in northern Africa.
