Traffic towards Georgian-Russian border closed

Vehicular traffic towards the Georgian-Russian border is completely closed. As reported by the Roads Department of Georgia, the section of the Kobi-Gudauri Road towards PPC "Upper Larsi" is closed.

Traffic is restricted due to a threat from avalanches.

Vehicles with trailers and buses with a capacity of more than 30 people were restricted on sections of the Zhinvali-Gudauri Road.

Other parts of Georgia have seen no traffic restrictions.
