Georgia is going to recall some of its ambassadors, the country's Foreign Minister Maia Panjikidze told journalists on Monday.
She said the list of ambassadors to be recalled has already been sent to the National Security Council.
Panjikidze did name the ambassadors for diplomatic and ethical reasons. She only named one - Kote Gabashvili, who headed the Georgian diplomatic mission in Italy and resigned.
"He wrote a letter of resignation due to differences in political positioning," the Foreign Ministry said.
