Turkish Airlines aircraft makes emergency landing due to bomb threat - UPDATE

A report about a bomb on board Turkish Airlines (Turk Hava Yollari) plane en route from Istanbul to Chisinau is false, Anadolu agency reported on Wednesday.

On Wednesday morning, a Turkish Airlines plane made an emergency landing shortly after take-off.

The aircraft was inspected after landing at Ataturk Airport in Istanbul, and the person who reported the bomb, was detained.
