Georgian top official says impeachment of president inappropriate

Georgian Dream Coalition member and Vice-Speaker of the Georgian Parliament, Zviad Dzidziguri considers the possible commencement of impeachment of the president inappropriate.

As he said at a press conference, impeachment of a president is a very complicated procedure which may take more time than President Mikheil Saakashvili's remaining term of office.

Collection points have been recently opened in Tbilisi to collect signatures demanding the impeachment of President Saakashvili.
