Tbilisi to recommence dialogue with Abkhaz, Ossetian parties

08 October 2012 [18:43] - TODAY.AZ
The new Georgian government will recommence its dialogue with the Abkhaz and Ossetian parties, the candidate for Reintegration Minister Paata Zakareishvili told journalists on Monday.

In his words, Abkhazians and Ossetians have to receive one more chance to decide their own destiny. According to Zakareishvili, Russia shouldn't be blamed by everyone once more.
"All details are certainly not specified. But there are general directions in the program and we will follow this path," the candidate for minister added.

The leader of election winning Georgian Dream party Bidzina Ivanishvili has presented candidates for ministers in Georgia's new parliament in head office of coalition in Tbilisi on Monday.

Ivanishvili himself is going to take the post of prime minister.

Large scale military actions were launched in South Ossetia in Georgia on August 8 2008. Later Russian troops occupied Tskhinvali and drove the Georgian military. Russia has recognized independence of South Ossetia and Abkhazia late in August. Tbilisi ended diplomatic relations with Moscow in response and has announced two unrecognized republics to be occupied territories.
