Georgia says it tries to prevent escalation of tensions between Azerbaijan and Armenia

. “We are doing everything to prevent the escalation of tensions between Azerbaijan and Armenia.

International organizations help us in this issue. We are interested in preventing the events, which impede cooperation and development in the region”, said Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Grigol Vashadze, APA reports. He said that Georgia wants Armenia and Azerbaijan to solve all their problems peacefully: “Tensions are unacceptable for the government and people of Georgia and particularly, it is inadmissible when it leads to the war or conflict.”
