House purchases in Turkey have increased by 10.35 percent during the second quarter of 2012, the Turkish Institute of Statistics said on Friday.
The highest growth rate was observed in the Turkish provinces Van, Mush, Bitlis, Hakkari. House purchase has doubled in these provinces.
The least growth rate was observed in the provinces of Bursa, Eskisehir, Bilecik. Home purchase increased by only 3.8 percent here.
Home purchases in the second quarter of 2012 have decreased by 1.19 percent compared to the same period in 2011.
House purchases have increased by 11.37 percent in the first half of 2012 compared to January-June last year.
