Intimacy problems cause most divorces in Iran

According to official data from the Iranian State Statistical Organization, the reason for the growing number of divorces in the country is intimacy problems in families. The number of divorces has increased over the past seven months by 10 percent to 79,727 cases compared to the same period last year. The number of married rose by three percent to 515 860 people. Divorces have occurred mainly in young families. The age of divorced women is 20-24 years and men is 25-29 years.
