Azerbaijan ratifies some agreements with foreign countries

The Azerbaijani Parliament has today ratified a number of agreements with foreign countries.
The agreement between the Azerbaijani and the Columbian government on the mutual abolition of visas for individuals having diplomatic, official and service passports, as well as the agreements on economic cooperation and promotion and mutual protection of investments between the Azerbaijani and Montenegrin governments.

Parliament amended the regulation on 'Special documents of stateless persons living in Azerbaijan and foreigners living in Azerbaijan for more than 30 days'. According to these changes, if a stateless person permanently residing in Azerbaijan, has a court's decision against them being temporary restriction to leave the country has legal force, then that person cannot get the identity card to travel outside Azerbaijan.
