Book on Azerbaijan`s national leader Heydar Aliyev published in Tajikistan - PHOTO

A presentation of a book entitled “A person who made a deep footprint in Azerbaijan`s new history” dealing with the national leader Heydar Aliyev`s life and activity in the Russian and English languages held in Tajikistan.

The publication was supported by Azerbaijan Embassy in Tajikistan. The presentation ceremony brought together employees of Tajikistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs, embassies accredited to Dushanbe, international organizations, Azerbaijani Diaspora activists, figures of science and culture and representatives of mass media.

Chargé d'affaires of Azerbaijan to Tajikistan Ilham Zamanov provided information on national leader Heydar Aliyev`s life and activity and his indisputable role in development and strengthening of Azerbaijan`s statehood. Books were handed over to officials of Tajikistan Ministry of Foreign Affairs and other governmental bodies, representatives of embassies, international organizations, members of Azerbaijani Diaspora and mass media. A documentary about Azerbaijan`s national leader was broadcasted in the event.
