Azerbaijan- Hungary relations discussed

The Azerbaijani parliamentary delegation led by the Speaker Ogtay Asadov visited the Hungarian National Assembly as part of the trip to Budapest, Hungary. Asadov has met with Speaker of the Hungarian parliament Laszlo Kover. The sides discussed the current state and development prospects of interparliamentary relations, role of the parliaments in boosting ties between the two countries.

The Azeri Speaker signed the Hungarian parliament`s guest book. The Azerbaijani parliamentarians also met with the Mayor of Budapest and State Secretary of the Ministry for National Economy of Hungary Roza Nagy. The parties exchanged views on issues of mutual interest.

The Azerbaijani delegation includes chairwoman of the committee on human rights, Rabiyyat Aslanova, MPs Khanhuseyn Kazimli, Javanshir Feyziyev and head of the parliament`s administration, Safa Mirzayev.
