Baku office of CIS PA International Institute to monitor Russian Duma elections

Employees of the Baku office of the International Institute for Monitoring of Democracy, Development of Parliamentarism and Respect for Election Rights of Citizens in the CIS Parliamentary Assembly member countries will monitor December 4 elections to Russia`s State Duma.

Joined by the Azerbaijani parliament`s special representative in the CIS Parliamentary Assembly, the delegation already headed to Russia`s North Caucasus Federal District.

The experts will inspect the organization of election commissions and registration of candidates, and observe pre-election campaigns of political parties. The delegation will make a report on the State Duma elections.
