Romania’s newly-appointed ambassador arrives in Azerbaijan

Romanian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Daniel Cristian Ciobanu arrived in Baku. The ambassador will submit his credentials to Azerbaijani President and Foreign Minister and take his office.

Ciobanu will replace Nicolae Ureche, who ended his diplomatic mission in the country this July. He had worked as a Second Secretary of Permanent Mission of Romania to NATO and in Romanian embassy in Russia.
