Bayram Safarov: The foreign planes will not be allowed to violate air borders of Azerbaijan and to make landing at Khankendi airport

“The foreign planes will not be allowed to violate air borders of Azerbaijan and to make landing at the Khankendi airport”, chairman of the Public Union of Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno Karabakh Bayram Safarov said.

He said the international law didn’t allow the opening of international airport in Khankendi. “Armenians are making sabotage action. If they receive flights, Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Azerbaijani Armed Forces, Azerbaijani people will take necessary measures”.

Answering the question “Does the Public Union of Azerbaijani Community of Nagorno Karabakh address the international organizations concerning this issue?” Safarov said: “The Union has a little scope for solution of such issue. Azerbaijani President and state pursue right policy toward it. Our community supports all steps made by the Azerbaijani President. There are international aviation laws and on the basis of these laws, Azerbaijan will prevent the illegal actions of Armenians”.
