Azerbaijan, France sign memorandum of understanding

The Ministry of Economic Development of Azerbaijan and French Development Agency have today signed a memorandum of understanding on FIA Group`s operation in Azerbaijan, as part of official visit of French President Nicholas Sarkozy to Azerbaijan.

The document was signed by Azerbaijan`s Minister of Economic Development Shahin Mustafayev and Director of French Development Agency Jacques Moineville.
