Wikileaks materials are private estimation and don’t reflect the State Department’s reports, US Ambassador to Azerbaijan Matthew Bryza told journalists.

“As you know we never acknowledge anything that printed Wikileaks reflecting actual reports written by the state department or anyone else. In any case, actual telegrams that my or my staff writes are reflect our opinion and our advice and do not reflect truth. It is just diplomats’ estimation what was happening. Diplomats like private people should have right to privately correspondence with colleagues and superiors”.
